From A12 at Colchester take the A137 to Ardleigh - leave village of Ardleigh with church on left hand side and continue round a sharp left hand bend. Coggeshall road is the next turning on the left. Continue for 800 yards with sharp right hand bend in the road. Salix is on the left hand side.
