We can accommodate from 2 to 4 people (with 1 twin & 1 double room), with the addition of a Z bed and/or cot if required. We offer short breaks from 2 nights or more to a few weeks lettings.
The cottage is well positioned in the conservation area of New Town Colchester, built in the 1800s, & offers a very central location with only a few minutes walk to the town centre & all its facilities & off road parking at no extra cost.
Our cottage is very comfortably furnished & newly presented, offering a character property with all modern facilities. Light & spacious, it is ideal for families or couples on holiday or visiting relatives, or those working in the area.
Acacia Cottage also has a secluded garden with patio area for alfresco eating, a glass of wine or a BBQ and is fully enclosed for small children to safely play in.
The cottage benefits from full gas central heating, which makes for a very cosy get away any time of year.
