Norwich, a short drive away, offers excellent shopping, cathedral, theatre, inns and restaurants. Hemsby has something for everyone - magnificent golden sandy beaches, swimming pools and you'll find the Kings Head Inn just around the corner from Nuthatch Cottages, the ideal village pub, with good quality meals at reasonable prices. Don Luigi's Italian Restaurant and the Highwayman Restaurant at nearby Winterton offer great value-for-money restaurant and bar meals.
