Superbly converted stables in one of the Chiltern Hills most beautiful valleys in a quiet rural setting.

skip Originally built as a wing to a spectacular 18th Century barns, the stables have been converted to a very high standard, retaining many of the original features. Well equipped, the property provides comfort and convenience whilst enjoying privacy in its own walled courtyard with vines and colourful plants. The setting is rural and peaceful with our ducks and chickens wandering about, not forgetting our pygmy goat, Min.
Wellplace is a small hamlet within the village of Ipsden, about 5 miles east of the historic market town of Wallingford. The cottage is an ideal base for exploring the Thames Valley, the Cotwolds, London and Shakespeare country.
