There is off street parking next to the property for one car and a sunny south facing patio for the exclusive use of the guests.

Accommodation is a bright, light unit attached to the main house but with separate entrance and situated in a quiet treelined street within walking distance of town, shops and public transportation.

The property offers modern centrally-heated accommodation for up to two people, and is ideal for a professional single person or couple wanted temporary short-term accommodation, or for visitors to the area.


Kitchen facilities include fridge/freezer, microwave, electric built-in oven and two-ring hob, electric kettle and toaster. The lounge has colour TV, video and ample seating, and a digital safe is provided for the additional security of personal items.

The bathroom, accessed through the bedroom, has WC, washbasin and shower unit. All linens, towels, duvet and bedding are included. Arrangements can be made to use the washer/dryer facilities of the main house.

A sunny south-facing patio is available for the exclusive use of guests. There is off-street parking, next to the property, for one car.
