Positioned at the south end of the property this skilfully converted holiday home has a light and sunny sitting room overlooking the garden and meadows beyond. Retaining many architectural interior features the property has been tastefully furnished and equipped to a high standard. The maisonette can accommodate upto 4-5 persons with NO smoking and NO pets please.

The maisonette is equipped to a very high standard, tastefully furnished and decorated. Facilities include colour TV, stereo radio, fridge/freezer, automatic washing machine/dryer. All linen - duvets, sheets, blankets, pillowcases, drying up cloths, tablecloths, towels (hand and bath) are provided free of charge. The accommodation comprises: First Floor - spacious lounge/dining room, kitchen, shower/bathroom. Ground Floor - 2 bedrooms, 1 with double and single bed, the 2nd with 2 single beds. This room is L-shaped and can be divided into 2 sections. Price per week £235-£325. Short winter breaks can be arranged for any 3 nights during low season.

The village shops and a pub serving good food and ale are a short stroll across the village green. Drayton is an excellent base from which to explore some of England´s finest towns and villages.
