The cottage is located in the small hamlet of Witheridge Hill in an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Recently, renovated and furnished to provide a large open plan sitting-room with a dining area leading to a bright, newly equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washer dryer and electric oven with halogen hob. There is also a microwave and a fridge/freezer. The double bedroom has exposed beams and windows with far reaching views over the meadows and woods in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty. The bathroom adjoins the bedroom and has a shower, wash basin and wc.
