The site is located in the small village of Crowmarsh Gifford. The village has it´s own Post Office Stores approximately 500 metres away and also has two pub/restaurants - The Hungry Horse which is a family friendly pub/eating house and the Queen´s Head which is an award winning Thai restaurant.
The site is also adjacent to the River Thames and next to the historic market town of Wallingford. The town is a short stroll over the Wallingford bridge and boasts many shops, pubs and restaurants.
