The Castle Tearooms are just across the road from the gift shop. There are picnic tables outside the front door. The luncheon menu includes everything from soup and sandwiches to a three-course meal, and there is also a special children's menu. Tea, coffee or hot chocolate can be accompanied by a selection of cakes, scones or biscuits. Cream teas are offered, featuring freshly baked scones, jam and cream. Evening meals can be served by arrangement for groups. The restaurant licence will enable you to enjoy a refreshing glass of wine or ale with your meal. Dog bowls are provided for four-footed visitors. Wheelchair access and disabled toilet.

Closed Mondays in winter.
