Mompesson House – “The House in the Close” – is a rare retreat of peace and tranquillity in Salisbury city centre.
Mompesson House was the film location for Sense and Sensibility and provides a unique opportunity for visitors to walk through the front door and experience a bygone, gracious age, relax in the tranquil garden and enjoy delicious cakes.
