Elizabethan House Museum

A 16thC Merchant's house with hands on activities.

Rooms displayed to appear as though the house was still lived in by families in the past. Victorian kitchen, scullery and parlour. Tudor bedroom and dining room. Conspiracy room where legend has it the trial and execution of King Charles 1 was plotted. Special children´s room with replica toys to play with and hands-on activities throughout the house.
