No Visit to Great Yarmouth is complete without a visit to the award winning Merrivale Model Village one of Great Yarmouth's best loved family attractions. Set in an acre of landscaped gardens with streams, lake and water falls. 2008 sees the largest new selection of models introduced to the model village for over twenty years. They are the complete new Merrivale High Street with a working tram, a water mill, fire station, band stand, zoo building Lord help us hall and a petrol station.
We have a delightfull gift shop with souvenirs of your visit, then step into the old penny arcade to play on machines from bygone times of the 1930's to 1960's

Illuminatins season 20th July daily to 31st August from 7.30pm last admissions 9pm

Also NEW for 2008 is your all day ticket so you may come and go through out the day and when the evening illuminations are on from 20th July till 31st August, simply keep your ticket and every person paid for on the ticket have their hand stamped then you may re-enter again on the same day as your ticket states.
