Our aim is to offer our guests a home-from-home. Whether you visit Plymouth for business or pleasure you are assured of a warm welcome.

skip All our bedrooms are en-suite with colour TV and complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits. We provide hairdryers and ironing facilities for those essential "finishing touches".

There is a cosy lounge/bar with satellite TV and the building is fully centrally-heated and double-glazed for the added comfort of our guests.

We will set you up for the day with a full traditional English breakfast - freshly cooked to order. (Please let us know at the time of booking if you have any special dietary requirements).

We are pleasantly situated overlooking a small park with not-too-distant views of Smeaton´s Tower, the famous landmark standing proudly on the Hoe. A short stroll along the seafront will bring you to the historic Barbican with its many visitor attractions. The city centre, with its shops, restaurants, theatres and cinemas is also within easy walking distance.

If you are sailing to France or Spain at the crack of dawn our close proximity to the ferry terminal will give you precious extra minutes in bed. We have a SMALL private car park but if this is full you can park on the street immediately outside. All major credit cards accepted.
