skip Papley Farm Cottages are in north Northamptonshire close to the Cambridgeshire border. 1 mile from the nearest village of Lutton. Peterborough 12 miles. Oundle 6 miles. 5 miles from J16 on A1(M).

The Chestnut Tree cottage and The Bungalow are both comfortable, very well equipped and prepared especially for you.

Each has 3 bedrooms 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single. A large kitchen/dining room, and a sitting room with colour TV, video/DVD. Bathrooms are modern with bath and shower over. Kitchens have dishwashers, fridges, freezers, washing machines and driers, electric cooking and microwaves.

There is central heating throughout.

The Chestnut Tree has a private sun patio leading on to our garden which guests are welcome to share. The Bungalow has its own garden.

Whatever the reason for your stay be it holiday, a business stay, or a refuge between houses, there is comfort, peace, a base for touring, country walks and abundant wild life.

We are open all year. Each cottage sleeps 5 maximum. Prices are from £260 - £430 per week with a reduced price for use by a couple only.
