It is surrounded by marshland & grazing with an abundance of cattle, birdlife & wildfowl for some spectacular bird-watching & walking. It overlooks the RSPB nature reserve at Berney Marshes, the Berney Arms Windmill & the Roman Fort of Burgh Castle. The whole building is heated via gas central heating with an additional gas fire in the living room. Stairs to the 1st floor are easy going, to the 2nd floor these are steeper steps with handrails & the same to the 3rd floor. The 3rd floor room is open to the roof & offers beautiful views over the surrounding landscape looking north west & south east. It is the ideal location to sit & ponder your next book or unwind after a stressul week, the sense of peacefulness one feels has to be experienced.
