car:
From the A1(M) junction 60 take the A689 towards Tees-side. Turn right into Sedgefield. After Nag 's Head take second right across green. Turn right down main street then left after Dun Cow. On the bend in 150m turn right along Butterwick Road. Farm is on the Left.
