The farm is a mixed arable and stock farm and is located in close proximity to the coast in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The farm runs down to the shore and to the Lindisfarne Nature Reserve.Gardeners Cottage is a semi-detached property with an enclosed private garden to three sides. Garden furniture and a barbecue are provided as well as garden shed for storing bulky outdoor items. Parking is at the front of the property for two cars.FRIDAY CHANGEOVER DAY SORRY NO PETS - except assistance animals by arrangement The Accommodation:-The property is entered by two small steps.On ground level:A comfortable lounge with TV, Video, CD, electric fire and log fire for winter days. A newly fitted, well equipped dining kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric fan oven with ceramic hob, microwave, coffee filter.A small utility room with a washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board.A bathroom with WC and shower over the bath Upstairs:There are three bedrooms(hairdrier provided) One with kingsize bed One twin room One with substantial bunk beds A shower room with WC and hand basin Bedding is in the form of duvets and a bath sheet and hand towel are provided per person.
