Sailing and fishing are easily accessible on Grafham Water, as is boating on the River Great Ouse in St Neots, while Fenland’s rich bird life and dramatic skies offers hours of quiet pleasure. Whether walking the country paths or cycling the local lanes, there are villages to discover with delightful country pubs such as the thatched village of Abbotsley within 3 miles. With the A1 only 5 miles, the M25 40 minutes by car and London easily accessible by train from St Neots in 54 minutes to Kings Cross, the opportunities to explore the area are endless. The Abbotsley Country Club bar and restaurant is open 9am-11pm to our visitors, and there is no need to take the car.
