As well as London, the region includes Oxford and the wonderful South Oxfordshire which has the Thames River. South Oxfordshire has abundant accommodation, with traditional bed and breakfast and hotel accommodation in the many towns and villages along the river. The region is home to great history as well with numerous heritage sites dotted amongst the everyday historic architecture.

World famous events such as the Henley Regatta make South Oxfordshire an area that must be seen. With good access from London and the main channel ferries it is really easy to get to for a short break or something longer.
