England, despite its EU membership, does not use the Euro. The Pound (£) is available in notes of £5. £10, £20, £50 and also £1 and £2 coins.
Scottish notes, although legal tender will sometimes be refused in England - better to spend them in Scotland if you are combining a visit to the two countries.
