Drinkstone Mills
Remarkable site including Smock and Post Mills. The 16th C Post Mill is the oldest surviving windmill in England. Ruston Oil Engine which powered smock mill machinery, in working order. Historical displays.
Open 22/23 April, 13/14 & 27/28 May, 17/18 June, 22/23 July, 26/27 Aug & 23/24 Sept: 1300-1700. Other dates by appointment.
