The Windmill

A four sailed working windmill, built in 1857 and worked commercially until 1946.

The windmill continues to produce a range of stone ground flours from organic grain. Visitors are able to climb the mill, seeing each stage of the milling process. A photographic display is available to show how the mill looked before and after restoration. The shop sells the range of flours produced and various associated products including muesli and honey.
