Ipswich Unitarian Meeting House

One of the finest surviving Dissenting Meeting Houses in the country.

This Grade I Listed building, built in 1699 and opened in 1700, is one of the finest surviving dissenting meeting houses in the country and one of the most important historic structures in Ipswich. The meeting house retains its orginal aspect and character. It is the only remaining example of a purpose-built timber-framed meeting house and still has an active unitarian congregation.
