The attraction is in the process of development. The site contains a mixture of solar panels, animals, gardens and a windmill. Talks are available on the history of wine making. Courses on geomancy (feng shui) and astrology are also offered. There are demonstrations on methods of organic production, spinning and cheese making. A trail is available for the public to explore, accompanied with a written guide showing the history of the site and the surrounding Kirtling area.
