RSPB Lodge Nature Reserve

The reserve, with its attractive mixed woodland andheathland, supports a wide variety of birds and wildlifeincluding woodpeckers, nuthatches, tits and finches. Theformal gardens, run by organic methods, are also open to thepublic. Nature trails vary in length, the longest being 3.5miles. A wildlife garden designed in conjunction with HenryDoubleday Associates.

Opening Hours
Nature Reserve open daily, dawn-dusk. Visitors centre open all year, Mon-Fri, 0900-1700, Sat, Sun, 1000-1700. Closed 25, 26 Dec.
